Our successful Account Executives are committed to helping nonprofits meet their fundraising goals due to the restraints of large gatherings and social distancing, through the new media of virtual live video production. On any given day, you’ll cold call a new lead, present and explain new ideas and proactive solutions to nonprofits, work with our live production team to ensure your clients’ needs are completed on-time, follow up with any contacts you have had conversations with in the past, network with local professionals to build a strong pipeline of future clients, and attend the fundraising events we are producing to meet potential new clients.


The Position

The Account Executive is a 100% Commission position based solely on your ability to perform as an account executive for a live virtual video production agency. The salary range listed is the average earnings of Account Executives in the Phoenix Market according to If you are good at your job, you will likely make somewhere around those numbers. If you are really good at your job, there is truly no cap to your potential earnings.

We are looking for Account Executives (AE’s) to penetrate the entire Phoenix, AZ market, completing both inbound and outbound sales and prospecting activities to generate new business for the agency.

Account Executives are responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Prospecting and closing deals with nonprofit businesses that can’t meet fundraising needs at this time
  • Closing ad sales associated with the fundraising efforts
  • Conducting outbound sales calls
  • Receiving inbound sales calls
  • Sending emails and direct messages
  • Engaging prospects on Social Media
  • Crafting presentations and pitching to prospective clients
  • Report and communicate regularly to the VP of Sales, Creative, Production, etc.

The Person

Experience in the fundraising and nonprofit world is a definite plus. Below are some characteristics that will drive success in the AE role.
