The Advertising Sales Assistant is the first step to an advertising sales career with Two Second Media, Inc. and our newest division, The Sales Assistant role is extremely important to successful client relationship management. ASA’s are responsible for maintaining aspects of the prospecting and account management process and provide timely and accurate information to the sales team and to their roster of clients.

The Position

Advertising Sales Assistants are responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Daily Prospecting that includes cold calls and setting appointments for the Account Executives and CEO
  • Daily servicing of advertising client schedules across our multiple product lines (OnAir, OnDemand, Website, EBlast, and production services)
  • Develop strong understanding of our product lines and solutions for advertisers
  • Serve as the first line of contact for internal and external entities to ensure proper maintenance of advertiser schedules
  • Support and enhance client and agency relationships by monitoring requests and ensuring commercial spots and production are booked according to guidelines
  • Resolve billing discrepancies to ensure timely payment
  • Maintain close contact with our clients, advertising agency partners, as well as internal teams (traffic, marketing, research, etc.)
  • Participate in projects, preparation of sales materials, and perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist Sales Planning as needed

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or relative experience
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and G-Suite tools
  • Superior communication skills: phone, email, social, in-person
  • Must have strong problem solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible and willing to work until the work is done
  • Client service or account management experience a huge plus
