Strategy & Consulting

Strategies built specifically
with the
Small Business
in mind.  The things you need
and nothing else.

Creativity & Marketing go together like peanut butter and jelly. While they are good separately, they are even better together. In fact, it wouldn’t be a very big stretch to argue that marketing is useless without the right amount of creativity and expertise involved.

While this may sound obvious, too many small business owners neglect to accept the importance of creative marketing planning and execution. They will settle with mimicking competitor’s styles and ideas, or trying to adopt methods from other industries. Neither of these will allow your business to reap the rewards that come from a creative marketing plan designed around your own unique business.

We believe the biggest challenge businesses face today with their media, marketing, and advertising, is having the right information; having that information interpreted correctly; and then having a strategic and realistic plan to act on that information.  In today’s marketing environment, we have literally hundreds if not thousands of tools and mediums at our disposal; each with their own place and their own purpose.  Deciding which ones is right for your business and how much of your budget to allocate to each, is the process of strategic planning.

Our:Approach

STEP:1

TARGET

Yogi Berra said, “If you don’t know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else.”  So, we want to define what success looks like for our clients first, by researching and evaluating the following 7 categories: Products & Services, Customer Experience, Location/Facility, Brand Presentation, Pricing, Expertise, and Equipment/Technology.

STEP:2

EXISTING

We then conduct thorough research and evaluations of our clients based on the same exact criteria we used in step 1 to determine where they are today.  And we are extremely honest and non-biased – the good, the bad, and the ugly.  This allows us to clearly define any disparities between where our client wants to be versus where they are today.

STEP:3

RECOMMENDATION

And finally, when we have a very clear visual as to where our client wants to be versus where they are today, we are able to make fact-based recommendations to close any disparities.  Intuition belongs in design, not in strategic planning.  Therefore, our recommendations are based on facts and real data that will produce desired results.
