What does Two Second Media do?
Two Second Media is a Phoenix-based media and production company providing video production, event services, wedding services, and photography. You can hire a specific service or coordinate several around one project.
How do I get started with a project?
Start with the Two Second Media Experience to explore an idea, submit an existing project brief through Request a Quote, or contact us with a question. You do not need an account or contact information just to explore the Experience.
Do you offer ongoing production services?
Yes. Ongoing Video Production supports recurring video needs, while broader Media Partnerships can coordinate video, photography, events, and other agreed production services. The schedule, responsibilities, and deliverables are defined for each engagement.
Do you provide both planning and technical production for events?
Yes. Event planning and technical production are distinct services available independently or together. Planning responsibilities and technical production responsibilities are established in the proposal.
Can you provide wedding photography and videography together?
Yes. Wedding photography and videography can be coordinated around a shared schedule while retaining distinct creative teams, deliverables, and terms. Photography-only inquiries are primarily directed to the separate Memories by Candace brand.
Do you offer packages?
Some services have a specifically defined starting offering, such as Business Story Videos and Customer Testimonials. Other projects are custom scoped. The relevant service page explains any published starting price; your proposal confirms the final services and deliverables.
Can I request a quote without using the interactive Experience?
Yes. The Request a Quote page offers a direct written project brief as an alternative to the interactive Experience. You can share the details you already have and optional supporting documents without repeating them in a conversation.
Do I need to provide a budget before requesting a quote?
No. A budget is not required to submit the direct project brief. If you have an intended budget or range, you can include it to help us understand the project, but you may also begin with an idea and questions.
What happens after I submit a project request?
Your submitted brief is available to our team for review. We may need to clarify the scope, timing, location, or production requirements before preparing a proposal. Submitting a request does not confirm availability, reserve a date, or create a binding quote or agreement.
How far in advance should I book?
Get in touch when you have a date or are ready to discuss the project. The appropriate preparation period depends on the scope and complexity, and availability must be confirmed. No date is reserved simply by submitting an inquiry.
Do you handle equipment and production personnel?
We can coordinate equipment and production personnel appropriate to the agreed scope. Resources may include our team, contractors, collaborators, and specialized production partners. Personnel, equipment, and responsibilities are confirmed for the individual project.
Who owns the finished photos or videos?
Ownership, licensing, permitted uses, delivery formats, and rights to source files are defined in the project agreement. Booking a production does not automatically transfer copyright or include RAW images, all footage, or unrestricted use of third-party material.
Where is Two Second Media located?
Two Second Media is based in Phoenix, Arizona. We work throughout the Greater Phoenix area and evaluate location and travel requirements for projects elsewhere in Arizona and nationwide.
Do you have a studio or venue clients can rent?
We do not advertise a studio or venue rental through this website. Tell us what environment your production needs so suitable locations and any third-party arrangements can be evaluated for the project.
Can you work at my venue or location?
We can discuss working at your business, venue, or another location. Access, permissions, available facilities, technical requirements, outside-vendor rules, and any travel or venue costs are evaluated before the scope is confirmed.
Can I hire one service on its own?
Yes. A video, event, wedding, or photography service may be discussed independently. Additional services are not required.
Can services be combined?
Several services may be coordinated for a project when useful. Responsibilities, deliverables, costs, and outside vendors are defined in scope.
Do you work with an existing planner or production team?
Two Second Media can work alongside existing planners, agencies, creative teams, venues, and vendors when roles and requirements are clear.
How much does a project cost?
Many projects are custom scoped. Only the specifically approved starting prices shown on their service pages are published; no other price is implied.
Where do you work?
Two Second Media is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and is available for projects throughout Arizona and nationwide. Location, travel, and logistics are considered for each scope.
