How do you plan headshots and team photographs?

We agree the number of people, individual and group photographs, location, background, lighting, visual style, and intended uses before the session. An executive portrait session and a photography day for an entire staff need different schedules and resources.

Employee counts, final portraits, retouching, and delivery requirements are established in the quote.

What goes into brand and product photography?

The audience, intended uses, brand guidelines, and visual references guide the creative approach. We plan the subjects, environment, lighting, composition, and image formats around those needs.

Products, styled settings, and campaigns may require additional locations, props, styling, creative personnel, or specialized equipment. Those resources are evaluated for the individual project.

Specialized e-commerce automation, CGI, and complex retouching require specifically verified resources and scope.

Can photography and video be planned together?

Yes. Photography and video can share a creative direction and production schedule, whether you're introducing your business, launching a product, or updating your marketing.

Each service has its own assigned personnel, production time, editing, deliverables, pricing, and rights. Photography remains independently available.

Can we plan recurring photography?

Recurring photography needs can be evaluated through our existing Media Partnerships offering. Planned sessions can support team updates, new products, campaigns, or other agreed content needs.

Frequency, personnel, deliverables, editing, usage rights, and any commitment are agreed for the relationship. Recurring work does not mean unlimited sessions or images.

A straightforward executive portrait session has different requirements from a multi-location brand photography project or a product campaign involving specialized lighting and styling.

We develop a proposal based on the actual scope.

The proposal should establish the photography services, personnel, production requirements, image deliverables, post-production, and applicable usage rights.

Know What You're Receiving. Know How You Can Use It.

The agreement identifies the image quantities, editing and retouching, formats, delivery method, expected timeline, permitted uses, and applicable limitations. Tell us if the photographs need to support paid advertising, packaging, or other specific applications.

Copyright is not automatically transferred. Licensing, RAW files, releases, exclusivity, and broader usage rights are established by agreement; unlimited use is not assumed.

Locations, facilities, and specialist resources are confirmed for the project. A permanent studio, unlimited retouching, RAW files, and rush delivery are not automatically included.
