Women of Achievement Awards | Five Years of Production Partnership

What began as a video-editing assignment evolved into a five-year production partnership with In Business Media. For the 2026 Women of Achievement Awards, Two Second Media delivered an integrated production encompassing technical and lighting design, show direction, cinematic award films, honoree videos, event promotion, live video and projection systems, photography, and videography. From creating the stories presented on screen to directing the technical execution of the awards program, our team helped bring the event together as one coordinated experience.

What Matters Most at Your Event?

Speakers & Presentations

Keynotes, panel discussions, presentations, demonstrations, and other important program moments.

Awards & Recognition

Honorees, presenters, award recipients, group photographs, and the reactions surrounding recognition moments.

Guests & Candid Moments

Natural interactions, conversations, audience engagement, and the people who make the event possible.

Venue & Event Details

The setting, branding, décor, production design, signage, and other elements that help communicate the event's identity.

Groups & Important People

Planned photographs of leadership, sponsors, speakers, honorees, teams, and other designated participants.

A shot list establishes priorities, not an unconditional guarantee of every image. Timing, access, lighting, and event conditions affect coverage.

Conferences & Conventions

Keynote presentations, breakout sessions, speakers, exhibitors, attendees, networking, and the overall conference experience.

Awards Ceremonies

Award presentations, honorees, speakers, audience reactions, and important recognition moments.

Galas & Fundraisers

Guests, supporters, fundraising activities, presentations, and the atmosphere of the celebration.

Corporate Meetings & Workshops

Presentations, collaboration, employee engagement, training activities, and organizational gatherings.

Product Launches & Brand Events

Brand experiences, product introductions, demonstrations, attendees, and promotional moments.

Community & Nonprofit Events

Programs, volunteers, participants, activities, and moments that communicate an organization's mission and impact.

These are event categories, not separate packages. The coverage should be based on the actual program and photography requirements.

How do you prepare for awards ceremonies and galas?

We work with the organizer to identify honorees, presenters, recognition sequences, group photographs, and other priorities. Stage positions, lighting, access, and the timing of presentations help shape the coverage plan.

Can photography and video be coordinated?

Yes. Photography and video can be planned together around the same event schedule. Photographs provide individual images for sharing and publication; video captures movement, sound, presentations, and interviews.

Coverage, personnel, editing, deliverables, and pricing are defined for each service. Booking photography does not automatically include video.

How can we use the photographs after the event?

Event photographs can support recaps, websites, social media, annual reports, press materials, sponsor communications, presentations, and future event promotion. Tell us which uses matter so we can plan the coverage and agree the appropriate delivery and licensing terms.

Press releases, social media management, campaign creation, and distribution are not automatically included.

Your Event. Your Team. Our Photography.

Event photography is available on its own. You do not need to hire Two Second Media for planning, audiovisual services, or event production.

We can work with your existing planner, venue, production company, and other providers to coordinate schedules, access, credentials, and photography priorities.

Our responsibility is the contracted photography coverage. Photographing an event does not mean we planned or produced it.

Staffing and coverage are agreed around the program, locations, and simultaneous activities. Important people and requested images should be identified before the event.

Clear Coverage. Agreed Delivery.

Pricing depends on the event schedule, location, coverage duration, number of photographers, access requirements, editing, finished deliverables, usage terms, and logistics. We develop a customized proposal around the coverage your event requires.

The agreement identifies the photography schedule, assigned personnel, image quantities, editing, formats, delivery timeline, and permitted uses.

RAW files, on-site delivery, same/next-day turnaround, rush service, and unlimited images are not automatically included. Additional retouching and broader usage rights must be agreed where needed.

Professional Event Photography in Phoenix and Beyond.

Two Second Media provides event photography services throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and surrounding Arizona communities.

We are also available for conferences, corporate events, awards programs, and other projects outside Arizona.

Travel, staffing, event schedules, and logistical requirements are evaluated as part of the proposal.
