For couples who have made progress and want help with selected decisions, logistics, or remaining arrangements. We define what our team will manage, what stays with you, and how we'll work with the vendors you've already booked.

For couples who have largely planned their wedding and want help bringing it together. Coordination begins before the wedding: we review your plans, prepare the agreed timeline and vendor handoff, and manage the assigned activities during the celebration.

Can you work with the vendors we've already booked?
Yes. We can work alongside your existing venue, photographer, videographer, florist, caterer, DJ, officiant, and other wedding professionals. When vendor coordination is included, we help establish communication, schedules, and responsibilities. Researching additional vendors can also be included in the agreed scope.
What if our wedding needs technical production?
Some celebrations involve multiple locations, live performances, lighting changes, video presentations, or other technical elements. Two Second Media can coordinate planning with audiovisual systems, lighting, staging, video, and technical personnel when needed. Production services are separately scoped and priced; they are not automatically included in wedding planning.
Do you support intimate weddings and elopements?
Yes. Planning support can be shaped around a smaller celebration, an elopement, or a wedding with more extensive schedules and multiple vendors. We define the work around your actual plans rather than assuming every wedding follows the same format.

Wedding planning is available on its own. You do not need to book our photography, videography, or production services, and you can keep the wedding professionals you've already selected.
You retain vendor selection and approval of expenditures and commitments. Responsibility for signing contracts, making payments, or acting on your behalf must be expressly authorized in writing; it is not assumed as part of planning.
Your proposal defines our planning responsibilities, deliverables, preparation, on-site personnel, and coverage schedule. Venue visits, travel, lodging, and in-person meetings are included only when contracted.
Pricing depends on the planning level, event complexity, location, schedule, and responsibilities. We provide a customized proposal. Planning fees are separate from venue, vendor, catering, rental, equipment, production, and other wedding expenses.

Two Second Media provides wedding planning and coordination services throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and surrounding Arizona communities.
We are also available for weddings outside Arizona, with travel, logistics, and additional coordination requirements addressed in the proposal.

Can we hire you just for wedding-day coordination?
Yes. Wedding-day coordination is independently available and includes appropriate advance preparation within the agreed scope.
When should we hire a wedding planner?
It depends on the level of support you need. Full-service planning is generally most useful when started early, while partial planning and wedding-day coordination can be considered once your existing plans and timeline are understood.
Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
Yes. We can coordinate with your existing vendors according to the responsibilities included in our agreement.
Do you help find wedding venues and vendors?
Venue and vendor research or coordination can be included in full-service or partial planning when contracted.
Do we have to hire your photographers or videographers?
No. Wedding planning is independently available. You're welcome to use your existing photography, videography, and other wedding vendors.
Can you help plan an elopement or intimate wedding?
Yes. We can develop an appropriate planning or coordination scope for smaller weddings and elopements.
Do you manage the wedding budget?
Budget development and tracking can be included in the planning scope. Couples remain responsible for approving expenditures and vendor commitments unless a specific authorized arrangement is established.
Do you handle vendor contracts and payments?
We can assist with coordination and review of logistical requirements within the contracted scope. Responsibility for signing contracts, making payments, and authorizing expenditures must be expressly established.
Will you be at the wedding?
On-site coordination and staffing requirements are defined in the proposal, including the personnel, schedule, and responsibilities.
