City of Glendale Christmas Parade | Live Broadcast & Event Production

Every year, Two Second Media partners with the City of Glendale, Arizona, to plan and produce the broadcast of its annual Christmas Parade. Beginning with planning meetings in February, our team works alongside city organizers to coordinate the broadcast location, parade entries, performers, sponsors, talent, and technical infrastructure. On parade day, we transform a temporarily closed city street into a fully equipped, four-camera broadcast environment featuring three hosts, live interviews, professional audio and lighting, and coordinated coverage of more than 200 parade entries. From year-round preparation to directing the live production and managing the flow of entries through the broadcast area, this annual event brings together nearly every aspect of our event production capabilities.

Women of Achievement Awards | Five Years of Production Partnership

What began as a video-editing assignment evolved into a five-year production partnership with In Business Media. For the 2026 Women of Achievement Awards, Two Second Media delivered an integrated production encompassing technical and lighting design, show direction, cinematic award films, honoree videos, event promotion, live video and projection systems, photography, and videography. From creating the stories presented on screen to directing the technical execution of the awards program, our team helped bring the event together as one coordinated experience.

The People, Technology, and Coordination Behind the Show.

Start with the audience experience: what people need to see, hear, and follow. We establish the systems, crew, cues, and responsibilities around the program—not a standard equipment package.

Coordinate the technical requirements, equipment, personnel, schedules, and production workflows needed to execute the event.

Show Direction & Stage Management

Stage & Lighting Production

Live Video & Broadcast Production

Coordinate cameras, video switching, recording, livestreaming, and related production workflows when required.

How much production does our event need?

A business meeting may need presentation playback, microphones, and technical operation. An awards program may add coordinated films, walk-up music, lighting cues, multiple screens, and show calling. A conference may involve several rooms, simultaneous sessions, recording, or livestreaming. We plan around the program, venue, and responsibilities you need us to handle.

How do the technical details shape the experience?

A video introduction, a speaker transition, an award presentation, and the timing of music and lighting all affect how the program feels. We connect those creative moments to the cue sheets, playback, technical systems, and crew responsibilities needed to execute them.

Clear Responsibilities. Before Event Day.

Event production coordinates the technical and show execution; it does not automatically include overall event planning. We can work alongside your planner, venue, AV provider, agency, or production team, with responsibilities agreed before work begins.

Production preparation is included in the agreed scope and priced accordingly; it is not automatically free with equipment and event-day labor.

Your production proposal defines the services, equipment, personnel, preparation, logistics, and deliverables. Pricing reflects the venue, program, schedule, and complexity, with third-party costs and responsibilities identified in the agreed scope.
