City of Glendale, Arizona

City of Glendale Christmas Parade | Live Broadcast & Event Production

Every year, Two Second Media partners with the City of Glendale, Arizona, to plan and produce the broadcast of its annual Christmas Parade. Beginning with planning meetings in February, our team works alongside city organizers to coordinate the broadcast location, parade entries, performers, sponsors, talent, and technical infrastructure. On parade day, we transform a temporarily closed city street into a fully equipped, four-camera broadcast environment featuring three hosts, live interviews, professional audio and lighting, and coordinated coverage of more than 200 parade entries. From year-round preparation to directing the live production and managing the flow of entries through the broadcast area, this annual event brings together nearly every aspect of our event production capabilities.

Women of Achievement Awards | Five Years of Production Partnership

What began as a video-editing assignment evolved into a five-year production partnership with In Business Media. For the 2026 Women of Achievement Awards, Two Second Media delivered an integrated production encompassing technical and lighting design, show direction, cinematic award films, honoree videos, event promotion, live video and projection systems, photography, and videography. From creating the stories presented on screen to directing the technical execution of the awards program, our team helped bring the event together as one coordinated experience.

The Right Level of Planning Support.

Choose support for the whole planning process, selected responsibilities, or the final preparations and event day. We establish what's already in place, what remains, and who is responsible before work begins.

Full-Service Event Planning

A central planning partner from the early stages through event execution. Responsibilities can include the concept, budget, venue, vendors, schedules, logistics, guest experience, and event-day management, as agreed.

Partial Event Planning

Support for the work you need help completing. We can take on selected planning tasks or work alongside your existing planner, with completed work, outstanding decisions, and responsibilities clearly identified.

Event-Day Coordination

Final preparation and coordination for an event you've largely planned. We review the existing plans, confirm schedules and logistics, and manage agreed on-site responsibilities. This includes an agreed preparation period—not simply arriving on event day.

Your planning agreement defines the services, deliverables, decision-making authority, and fees. Planning fees are distinct from venue, vendor, and production expenses; those costs and who is responsible for them must also be clear.

A Clear Plan. From the Beginning.

  1. 01

    Discover Your Vision

We discuss the event's purpose, audience, priorities, budget, schedule, and the planning support you need.

  2. 02

    Define the Planning Scope

We establish responsibilities, decision-making authority, milestones, deliverables, and the planning approach.

  3. 03

    Develop & Coordinate

We organize the agreed planning work, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and maintain the event's working plans.

  4. 04

    Prepare for Execution

We confirm schedules, responsibilities, logistics, and other final details needed for event delivery.

  5. 05

    Coordinate the Event

We manage the agreed event-day responsibilities and coordinate the teams and activities within our scope.

Planning does not automatically authorize us to purchase goods or services on your behalf. Financial authority, vendor contracts, deposits, and approvals are established in the planning agreement.
