Whether your event is managed by an internal team, an outside planner, or a venue coordinator, we can integrate our services into the broader production. We coordinate technical requirements, equipment access, schedules, and responsibilities so everyone understands how the production will operate.
Venue-specific outside-provider rules, exclusive AV arrangements, access charges, and required approvals are reviewed during quoting.
AV can be purchased independently or coordinated with other production services. Your custom proposal defines equipment, personnel, preparation, operating hours, logistics, and responsibilities. AV operation does not automatically include show management. Equipment-only rental is not our standard offering; exceptions are evaluated individually. There is no public Event AV starting price.
