Events

City of Glendale, Arizona

City of Glendale Christmas Parade | Live Broadcast & Event Production

Every year, Two Second Media partners with the City of Glendale, Arizona, to plan and produce the broadcast of its annual Christmas Parade. Beginning with planning meetings in February, our team works alongside city organizers to coordinate the broadcast location, parade entries, performers, sponsors, talent, and technical infrastructure. On parade day, we transform a temporarily closed city street into a fully equipped, four-camera broadcast environment featuring three hosts, live interviews, professional audio and lighting, and coordinated coverage of more than 200 parade entries. From year-round preparation to directing the live production and managing the flow of entries through the broadcast area, this annual event brings together nearly every aspect of our event production capabilities.

Technical Directors & Production Managers

Experienced production leadership responsible for coordinating assigned technical systems, personnel, schedules, and production responsibilities.

Setup, Strike & Production Crew

Personnel supporting equipment load-in, setup, cable management, equipment handling, strike, and other general production activities.

The Right Assignment. The Right Personnel.

Defined Roles. Clear Reporting. Agreed Responsibilities.

Technical staffing is available independently of equipment rental or full event production. Our personnel can support your existing production team or take responsibility for an agreed technical function.

Production leadership is separately scoped. A show caller may coordinate technical cues, a stage manager may coordinate presenters and stage activity, and a production manager may oversee assigned schedules, personnel, and preparations.

Providing a production manager does not automatically make Two Second Media responsible for every vendor, venue operations, or the entire event. Authority, reporting relationships, decision-making responsibilities, and management boundaries are established in the agreement.

Venue labor requirements, union agreements, exclusive-provider arrangements, and other restrictions must be addressed before staffing is confirmed. We do not bypass venue labor rules or replace required venue personnel.

Preparation, rehearsals, equipment familiarization, travel, load-in, operation, and strike are included in the agreed schedule and compensation structure as appropriate.

Pricing depends on the role, qualifications, location, schedule, preparation, and responsibilities. Your custom proposal identifies assigned roles, coverage, reporting relationships, and applicable requirements. Personnel availability must be confirmed; there are no published universal crew rates.
