A general session and a breakout room may need different systems, staffing, and presentation workflows. We plan around overlapping schedules, presenter requirements, room transitions, and the time available for setup and testing. Multi-room and multi-day support is included only where agreed in the production scope.

Outside-vendor access is subject to venue contracts, exclusive-provider requirements, labor rules, and associated fees. We review those requirements for each event.
Pricing is based on the venue, schedule, rooms, equipment, personnel, production complexity, and services required. We prepare a custom quote; there is no standard corporate-event package or general starting price.
