City of Glendale Christmas Parade | Live Broadcast & Event Production

Every year, Two Second Media partners with the City of Glendale, Arizona, to plan and produce the broadcast of its annual Christmas Parade. Beginning with planning meetings in February, our team works alongside city organizers to coordinate the broadcast location, parade entries, performers, sponsors, talent, and technical infrastructure. On parade day, we transform a temporarily closed city street into a fully equipped, four-camera broadcast environment featuring three hosts, live interviews, professional audio and lighting, and coordinated coverage of more than 200 parade entries. From year-round preparation to directing the live production and managing the flow of entries through the broadcast area, this annual event brings together nearly every aspect of our event production capabilities.

Women of Achievement Awards | Five Years of Production Partnership

What began as a video-editing assignment evolved into a five-year production partnership with In Business Media. For the 2026 Women of Achievement Awards, Two Second Media delivered an integrated production encompassing technical and lighting design, show direction, cinematic award films, honoree videos, event promotion, live video and projection systems, photography, and videography. From creating the stories presented on screen to directing the technical execution of the awards program, our team helped bring the event together as one coordinated experience.

What goes into the lighting design?

We consider the venue, event format, audience, stage layout, program, visual direction, and technical requirements before establishing the lighting approach. Depending on the project, that may involve fixture selection, lighting placement, color choices, control systems, programming, and coordination with audio, video, and stage production.

Can you coordinate lighting with cameras?

Lighting for an audience in the room does not always produce the best image for video. Camera exposure, color temperature, presenter placement, background brightness, and screen visibility can all affect the recorded or livestreamed result.

When camera coordination is included in the project, we can work with the video team on stage lighting, dedicated presenter lighting, and lighting changes.

Your Event Team. A Clearly Defined Lighting Scope.

You can hire us for lighting without hiring us for complete event production. We can work alongside your planner, venue, AV provider, or production team, with responsibilities for power, rigging, controls, access, setup, and operation agreed before the event.

Lighting is subject to venue restrictions, electrical capacity, mounting requirements, and applicable safety standards. Overhead rigging, electrical installation, and structural services are not automatically included. Work requiring specialized licensing, engineering, or venue approval must be handled through appropriately qualified providers.

Camera and broadcast lighting design is included only when separately established in the project scope.

Pricing depends on the venue, equipment, design work, technical personnel, installation requirements, schedule, and production complexity. Your custom proposal defines preparation, setup, operation, and any additional resources. There is no public starting price.
