City of Glendale, Arizona

City of Glendale Christmas Parade | Live Broadcast & Event Production

Every year, Two Second Media partners with the City of Glendale, Arizona, to plan and produce the broadcast of its annual Christmas Parade. Beginning with planning meetings in February, our team works alongside city organizers to coordinate the broadcast location, parade entries, performers, sponsors, talent, and technical infrastructure. On parade day, we transform a temporarily closed city street into a fully equipped, four-camera broadcast environment featuring three hosts, live interviews, professional audio and lighting, and coordinated coverage of more than 200 parade entries. From year-round preparation to directing the live production and managing the flow of entries through the broadcast area, this annual event brings together nearly every aspect of our event production capabilities.

How does a scenic concept become a production plan?

We begin with the venue, audience, stage requirements, program, and desired visual direction. From there, we develop the production approach and coordinate the agreed staging elements, scenic resources, lighting, screens, and technical systems. Specialized design, fabrication, equipment, or installation resources are identified and scoped when needed.

How does staging work with lighting, screens, and sound?

Lighting positions, audience sightlines, screen visibility, presenter microphones, camera positions, and stage access need to work together. We coordinate our assigned staging responsibilities with your planner, venue team, AV provider, scenic vendor, or lighting company.

Event Production

Your Event Team. A Defined Staging Scope.

You can engage us for staging and scenic production coordination without purchasing event planning or full AV services. Your proposal identifies the staging resources, suppliers, personnel, and responsibilities included.

Original scenic design and custom fabrication are not automatically included in every project.

Venue and project requirements may include load capacity, platform stability, accessibility, electrical supply, overhead structures, equipment mounting, fire and egress requirements, and venue approvals. We coordinate appropriately qualified staging, rigging, engineering, fabrication, or installation providers when necessary.

Structural engineering, certified rigging, construction, and custom fabrication are not automatically included or represented as directly performed services. Specialized work must be completed by appropriately qualified providers, with required approvals and inspections addressed before use. A raised stage may require an accessible route; the appropriate solution depends on the venue, applicable requirements, and event configuration.

Pricing depends on stage dimensions, scenic requirements, equipment, suppliers, venue conditions, installation, personnel, and schedule. Your custom proposal defines preparation, coordination, setup, production support, and removal. There is no public starting price.
